Eleven countries represented include Rwanda, Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Senegal, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia.
The event was presided over by the College Commandant, Brig Gen Didas NDAHIRO. The event also provides a chance to acknowledge the unique African social tapestry woven over time i.e. diverse and homogeneous.
