Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College Observes the Independence Anniversaries of Allied Countries

In line with College tradition, staff and students joined allied students of Uganda, Zambia and Czech Republic, whose independence anniversaries were celebrated in October 2017 to mark the days. Uganda’s 55th, Zambia’s 53rd and Czech Republic’s 99th Independence anniversaries were on the 9, 24 and 28 October 2017 respectively. On each of the days, the College organized refreshment for the entire College fraternity to commemorate the days. During the refreshment, national anthems of the various countries were played. This was followed by solidarity messages from representatives of countries celebrating their independence and from the Commandant of the College.
