On Friday 28th November 2014, the students of Senior Command and Staff Course Three had very interactive and exciting lectures from officials with rich practitioner experience. The first was on Public Procurement and Budget Cycle which was delivered by Col Joseph Rutabana the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Defence. The second one on Fast-Tracking Rwanda’s Vision 2020, was from no other than Ms Kampeta Sayinzoga, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.
Both lectures were both timely and educative as indicated by the students’ enthusiastic interventions and questions.

As concluded by one of the students, the lectures left them better informed and will remain memorable throughout there course duration future service in their respective Assignments

The day was concluded with a group photo with the students and faculty. Thereafter, both Permanent Secretaries were conducted to a guided tour of the College facilities by the Commandant Brig Gen Karamba.
