Thirty five officers graduated from Intermediate Command and Staff Course at RDF Command and Staff College in Musanze district. The course is designed to develop good tactical level commanders and Staff said Br. Gen Jean Jacques Mupenzi, Commandant of the college while closing the training.

The commandant urged graduates to put in practice the knowledge acquired and was optimist that the officers will perform better on work. “We trust that you are leaving with the necessary skills to enable you perform better than you did prior this course”.

One of graduates Maj Frank Kalisa said they acquired skills that will enable them perform in various military profession environments either in combat tactics or in offices.” This is an additional training that will help us delivering better in our carrier” he said.

The training took a period of 24 weeks.
