International Systems: Actors and Functions November 2014

Dr. Eric Ndushabandi is a political scientist. He is also a Senior Lecturer and researcher at University of Rwanda in the college of arts and social sciences- Huye Campus. Proceeding from the “Concepts and Theories”, earlier discussed by Dr Anita Kiamba as a foundation to the Module; he effectively took the SCSC03 through the “Actors and Functions’ within International System as a continuation of the module on International Relations in the post graduate programme in Security Studies.

Dr. Eric Ndushabandi is an Associate researcher in the Center for Conflict Management (CCM- University of Rwanda). And Associate researcher in the Political science research Centre (Centre de recherche en science politique-CRESPO) at University Saint-Louis in Brussels.

He Holds a Ph.D in Political Science from Université Saint-Louis-Brussels in Louvain Academy (in Belgium) and A Master’s Degree in International Relations from Louvain Catholic University (Belgium). He holds a BA in Philosophy and another one in Theology.
