Musanze, 8 May 2023

On 5 May 2023, a delegation of 16 Senior Officers comprised of students and faculty members from Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC) led by Col William Archibold KWABIAH visited RDFCSC. The visit was part of the tour to Rwanda from 29th April to 7th May 2023.

The delegation was welcomed by the College Deputy Commandant Col JC Ngendahimana who later briefed them on the College activities which followed by the tour to College premises and facilities.

The visit was concluded with signing the Visitor’s Book.
